For the Turtledove studio apartment the minimum stay is one week – from Saturday to Saturday.

For two weeks stay we apply a 10% discount.

The price includes the cost of electricity, water, parking, Wi-Fi and the final cleaning.

Tourist Tax

From 1st April to 30th September a tourist tax of € 1 per person per day is applied to the prices for the first 5 days. Children under 12 do not pay.

Upon checking the availability, you’ll need to confirm the booking  making a bank transfer equal to 30% of the total.

You’ll be able to complete the payment once checked-in and received the keys. We accept debit and credit cards.

CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION

• In case of cancellation 15 days prior to the date of your stay, the entire deposit will be returned.
• In case of cancellation 7 days prior to the date of the overnight stay, the deposit will be discounted by a subsequent stay to be made within the year.
• In case of cancellation in the week preceding the date of accommodation, the deposit will be retained.

The keys of the rooms and the apartment are available after 14:00 on the day of arrival and need to
be returned by 10:00 on the day of departure.
If you wish to keep the room longer, after checking availability, you will be asked to pay a supplement of €20.00.
